What counts as a held meeting
- Takes place at the agreed time, by video or in person
- Attended by the booked person or someone more senior at the same company
- The company matches your signed-off profile: industry, size, region
- The attendee confirmed a relevant need on the qualification call
Anything else is not billed. A no-show is rebooked or replaced at no charge.
Companies selling complex products to other companies
- Software, IT services and cybersecurity
- Logistics, industrial and engineering firms
- Fintech and professional services
- Companies entering new European markets, the UK, the US or the Gulf
Outreach in every European language, written and checked by native speakers.
Respectful, lawful, specific.
We contact business people at work about matters relevant to their role. Every first message says who is writing, why, and how to opt out. An opt-out is honoured at once, for every client we work with.
Where a country requires prior consent for cold email to named business contacts, we use other channels: LinkedIn, phone where it is allowed, events and introductions. We never buy email lists.
Outreach runs from separate domains set up for your campaign, so your main domain's email reputation stays untouched.
B2B meetings in detail.
How many meetings can we expect per month?
It depends on your market, deal size and how senior the buyers are. After the free account map we give you a written forecast and a monthly target for the pilot. You pay per held meeting either way.
Do you write as us or as Leadboard Media?
Your choice. Most clients prefer outreach in their own company's name from dedicated sending domains, with messages they approve before launch.
How long is the pilot?
Six to eight weeks. After the pilot, programmes run month to month with 30 days' notice.
Is there a minimum?
Pilots start with a setup and an agreed number of held meetings. Your quote shows both before anything is signed.
